However, the 500 stream limit make Zoom unsuitable for distribution of a stake conference. You’ll need to stream it to YouTube or Church Webcast. Scheduling
The Office of the President of the Quorum of the Twelve notifies the stake of the official dates for stake conference. These dates may not be changed without permission from that office.
Sustaining officers
At the first conference each year, the general Church officers and stake officers are sustained. Use the Officers Sustained Form, printable from MLS (Reports/Forms > Officers Sustained Form). MLS automatically fills in the names of people serving in standard callings .
Stake conference report form
At the conclusion of each conference, the presiding authority submits a form. The stake clerk usually assists in filling out this form. The form is mailed to The Office of the Quorum of the Twelve, 47 East South Temple St. Room 409, Salt Lake City, UT 84150.
