The Vonage Business desktop app uses the CPU and GPU to decode meetings which can cause issues with some Windows 10 PCs. Disable hardware (GPU) acceleration to resolve the issue:

How to make a 3 way call?
Make a 3-Way Call 1 Dial your first party and wait for connection. 2 Inform first party that you are placing them on hold. 3 Press Flash or the Switch Hook on your phone. 4 Dial the second party. 5 Press Flash or the Switch Hook on your phone to connect all three parties.
How much bandwidth does a 3 way call use?
Because a 3-Way Call is two calls at one time, it requires enough bandwidth for two calls simultaneously for a maximum bandwidth of 180 Kps. If your 3-Way Calls are not successful, use the Bandwidth Saver to adjust your settings.
