What is the video conferencing suite at ASU?

The Video Conferencing Suite is for current ASU students only. This room is specifically for video or telephone job interviews. Bring your own video or phone equipment. A maximum of one person may occupy a room. Reservation must be made on the half-hour. No more than four half-hour reservations may be made per day per person.

When is a reservation forfeited?

A reservation is forfeited when a reserved room is not claimed within the first 15 minutes of reservation start time. Please be mindful of arriving on time.


Can you use library study rooms for class meetings?

Library group study rooms are not available for class meetings, review sessions or office hours. Faculty members, teaching assistants and assistant instructors can reserve rooms on campus for classes, exams and review sessions through the University Technology Office.


Is the Interfaith Reflection Room for study?

Wellness and lactation rooms, including the Interfaith Reflection Room on the Concourse level, are not intended for study use.


How many study rooms are there in Noble Library?

There are more than 75 study rooms available in Noble Library ( see below for descriptions ). Individual study rooms are limited to a maximum capacity of 1 person . Group study rooms are maintained with a recommended limit of 4 people and are available for walk in use (no reservations). There are five collaboration rooms that can be reserved in advance, each with a recommended limit of 4 people.


How many half hour reservations per day?

No more than four half-hour reservations may be made per day per person. You will receive a confirmation email with room number and reservation date/time. Bring your confirmation email to the room. Please arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time so as not to forfeit your reservation.


What happens if you dispute a room?

Disputes over the use of a room may result in the loss of room privileges to all disputing parties.
