The General Conference Session, currently scheduled for June 6-11, 2022, is an event that many members of our church around the world have been looking forward to for some time.
Will there be a worship service at the 2022 general conference?
A pre-recorded worship service will be available for all of our churches to use locally on 3 July 2022 focused around the conference theme. Worship leaders can take part in the entire in-person or online experience without needing to plan or execute their own worship service. The 2022 General Conference Business Meeting will be online only.
What happens at General Conference?
The General Conference Session is the forum for electing world church officers and voting changes to the church’s Constitution. Delegates also hear reports from each of the 13 administrative regions of the church.
Is General Conference open to the public in 2019?

The October 2021 general conference was closed to the public, and family members of the Church leaders were invited to attend. It was the first conference in two years that was back in the Conference Center auditorium after being in other smaller spaces since the spring of 2020.

In-Person Gatherings
Those who register will have access to all of the online content as listed above. In addition, the extra cost of registration covers meals (lunch, dinner and snacks in most locations) and transportation where needed.
